| 11/13/2011 | Bears vs Lions Party A great day; the Bears won, Detroit lost. It was a great day to be a Bears fan and Illinois Club member. By all indications a wonderful time was had by all. A raucous group of 38 fans attended the game at Wild Wings in Farragut to watch the Bears beat the Lions 37-13. Twelve of our members won prizes in the raffle and four others won cash prizes in the football pool. Our thanks go to the Wild Wings staff for providing a great venue for watching the game. In particular, thanks go to Manager Dave and our exclusive server Sean. They were able to provide us with excellent service and a comfortable place to enjoy the game. I would be remiss if I didn’t give a special thank you to Dennis and Lesia Kotlinski for planning and hosting the event. GREAT JOB! Next up is the January social, more details to follow.
